The GTI Story

GTI Properties began three decades ago with a focus on developing emerging city neighborhoods. In the early years, GTI founder Mario Nicosia began acquiring properties on St. Botolph Street, restoring old brownstones into first-class apartments and helping lead the transformation of this South End neighborhood into one of Boston’s most desirable.

Years later, GTI & Mr. Nicosia turned their attention to the vacant mill buildings on the eastern edge of the South End. This area, now known as SoWa, has become Boston’s epicenter for artists, modern residences, and creative businesses. Today, GTI Properties has become one of Boston’s largest and most respected property management companies, and while we’ve expanded upon our South End property management & development roots, we remain committed to having a positive impact on all of Boston’s communities.
